Ultrawide really isn't a problem if you're willing to put in 2-3 minutes of work. As for the fps glitches, I'm not as sure. But given how slow paced movement and combat is in Skyrim, I've never bothered trying to go over 60fps. On a twitch shooter, sure, but you're not losing a lot in Skyrim where the arrows fly so slowly you can see them ...
