I don’t see how any single-person operable weapon- that is, handheld weapons up to anti material rifles and whatnot- could kill Rykard. Ammo economy is a thing, and even if it weren’t an enclosed area ensure Rykard could simply flood the room with the fireball spirits and cheese Snake if push comes to shove.
