I've never used resurgence outside when testing it when 3.0 first launched, and I wasn't impressed. But I could see it being more useful on the low health of a corrupted build.

Resurgence is kinda meh, fast healer is much better especially in combo with Glutton. For the last perk, Glutton for Punishment is probably the best perk in the game for a defensive fighter. I haven't played around with Last Stand tbf but I doubt I'd perfer it over glutton, I rarely get below half health anyways while using Glutton.
