Although when I talked to a CVA Technician about my Optima he stated it had a Bergara barrel. Also my rifle has a fantastic trigger.This what all of my little circles shoot and they are all CVA's. I bought a CVA Optima many years ago. I love it. I hear the Accura is great but have never shot one. I highly recommend Blackhorn 209 powder. Non corrosive, I can shoot many rounds between a full cleaning with no issues. I shoot 100-105 grains with a 240grain Barnes T-EZ over it and it's a great shooter.

Aug 7, 2018. Messages. 2,900. Location. Saskatchewan. I shoot a CVA Wolf and use two 777 50gr pellets, that combo killed A LOT of deer and one moose. Last lear, I bought an Accura and started using 70gr (weighed) of BH209. I see a small difference but in all honesty, my Wolf with 777 is as deadly.
