Common in antique auto circles. OF COURSE 12v stuff is easier to find and a system-wide conversion to 12v would be easier (and probably cheaper) than a separate 6 to 12 dc to dc converter and circuit. I personally don't take any small non seatbelted/rollbared tractors on the road or out at night. Be safe!
