Dec 22, 2008. #1. Im building one thats around 380 ci. .060 over 301 bore, custom pistons, 5 inch stroke, with custom rods, but still IH rods. at 3000 rpm it will be 150 hp or more. Look for a 715 combine carb off a 301. Not a 806, 706, 656 etc etc,, A 715 carb. I dont think you can put a 263-301 crank in a 221 block.
The F-30 was a four-cylinder rig with the same bore and stroke as the 10-20. The 1934 F-30 was equipped with a wide front axle attachment, one of the many modifications available. Direct-connected machines included cultivators and corn planters. International Harvester rated the F-30 to pull three plows under average conditions.

Drive one tire on the scale and weigh it. Then turn around and weigh the other side. Remove the 2 point hitch and use just the draw bar. With all the weight you save by making these switches, you can have fun with the engine.
