That is Hasan's biggest flaw. He takes a lot of things the wrong amount of serious. He laughs as shitty people have bad things happen to them, and then cries when people cover his emote on r/place with a trans flag. He does awful in a debate with a conservative and then gets mad at his chatters.
Before this Hasan had already streamed for a few months but had fairly low viewership. After the stream with Destiny Hasans viewership started to rise and egg was showing a lot of support for Hasan. I believe Hasan's subreddit was made by diggers and many of his twitch and discord mods were from dgg. I think some still are. Hasan believes that perfect shouldn’t be the enemy of good. Also Hasan absolutely despises Destiny (which is reasonable), and is as such willing to tolerate pretty much anything which could possibly used to hurt him. On the other hand, I really doubt Destiny is genuinely hurt by being called a Gusano, especially considering his fairly blase attitude towards other slurs.
