I find that I do better with KA and the Princeton Review and even if I get the answer wrong, the explanation for the correct answer resonates with me. I would suggest using Jack Westin but only as an introduction and mainly to practice timing. Maybe 2-3 passages a day at first while studying other content. Supplement with AAMC a couple weeks later.
