L2550. As it turns out, the fuel delivery rack was indeed stuck and not moving freely. After doing some cleaning and a bit of work it now moves freely. I managed to re-install the fuel injector pump, and I get a 3-4" burst of fuel coming out of injector 2.You have debris in the fuel tank that is floating around and intermittently plugging the fuel outlet at the bottom of the fuel tank.
