You acces it by clicking the planet/instance name right above chat, usualy next to to player count. it will open up a list of players on that instance, but you can write a name of a player, planet or guild and it will find and list them. example: Theres a guild called Smells like Chloroform. I just type Chloroform and it finds all active members.Tell the guild leader and have him kicked then put him on ignore. I know my guild would kick someone like that and then report him as well. You can also talk to customer service once the person is kicked and tell them what is going on and they will deal with it. Yes they do take that seriously.
