Depends what your comparing.. the M9A1 vs 92a1 sights are identical, but the 92A1 has removable front sight. The only advantage i see is if you were set on getting night sights. I would take a beveled mag well and standard trigger guard over the removable sight, but that because i have no intention of changing the sight to begin with.

Those are some really crappy holsters, not gonna lie. Them telling you that a 92A1 holster works for a M9A3 is straight up nonsense. They don't know what they're talking about. The M9A3 will fit a M9A4 holster, as well as a M9A1 or 92X holster that has clearance for a threaded barrel.

92a1 has a buffer in the frame, uses a different recoil spring, and I'm pretty sure has a couple other small parts proprietary to it. Otherwise it will take any trigger upgrade you can do to any other 92.
