I sent a standard P365 Barrel/Slide to Magnaport for porting. I received it back and plan on heading to the range Sunday to shoot it, comparing it to my non-ported P365 (side by side). I've had other ported weapons and usually get about a 30% reduction in muzzle-flip (or rise). The first time disassembling I realized I am not a big fan of the tiny slide release and the SAS take down button. Since everything is modular I went ahead and purchased a standard slide release and take down lever.

Did 5 reps of 2 rounds and had 3 FTLB. Did 3 reps of 10 rounds and slide failed to lock back all 3 times. The extended mag FTLB 3 times with one round, once with 2 rounds and did successfully lock back on each of the 3 fully loaded mags I shot. Like you, I made sure my grip was firm and wasn't riding the slide.
