We're going through Abomination Vaults atm and our Rogue took Dread Striker, Gang Up AND Tumble Behind and he hasn't regretted it yet. However we have 6 characters total with said Rogue, a Monk, a Melee Sorcerer (Champion Dedication), a Melee Warpriest, a Bard and a Cosmos Oracle and both the Sorcerer and the Bard are using Demoralize quite often.
