I have a mesh router system hooked up to the xFi modem as my network. I have tried about everything I can think of, including: Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Switching to the Hidden Network I have set up to go straight to the modem instead of through the third-party router. Restarting the Modem. Restarting the Roku.
