Pepper, the section of the terminal that has reopened is the lower, ground floor. That was the former "B Gates" area. You always walked out to a bus that took you to your plane where you walked up the moveable steps. The jetways (ramps) were from the "A Gates" area on the second floor.

It took just about an hour to get through everything and get to our gate on a Sunday in February for a 12:30 flight. As far as calling to SXM, Verizon charges .50 a minute from US. All incomming calls to SXM from US to a local rental cell phone are free to the receiver. Verizon only works on the Durtch side and runs around 1.29 a min. If you are using WIFI at a resort your charges include the access with out any need of phone charges.

Really nice happy hour at Sublime SXM at Summit resort last evening. As always the views from here are wonderful. The lovely bartender Amber kept us laughing and our glasses full. We tried a couple of appetizers now that the kitchen is open and they were very yummy. Looking forward to dinner there soon.
