Only suggestions regarding stat allocation would be to put 125 into Basic Attack. You could put 42 or 84 points into Stamina, enough to give you one or two extra bars. Stamina is important for melee builds. Ki and HP aren't too important for PvE, for a melee build anyways.Another place where height matters is in collision boxes. Smaller targets might make it a tad harder to connect some attacks. GoDA and most death beam type attacks for example have a hard time hitting smaller targets.
