Hoping someone has an idea on a new path I could take to possibly fix it. The history is that it was purchased new in late summer a couple years ago. It ran strong and normal.

If that is the correct carb, then there ain't no HS adj. It has a fixed main jet. The only adj. is in the top center of the rotor. It controls the needle depth for mainly LS and mid.
