Once I got a hold of him he kept in touch by email and phone and made sure my funds were transferred, and my account was fixed so I could buy. Excellent customer service. Every time I contact customer service, I receive excellent support and Trent is exceptional. He does everything possible to help and is always extremely professional and pleasant.
