Magus builds pathfinder 2e.

Pathfinder built on the idea and developed one of the best gish classes: The Magus. The Kensai is an archetype of the magus that focuses a little bit more on physical damage than on the magic. This does not make them weaker in any way though, as we will discuss, and while it may close some doors, the Kensai opens many others.

So in this way, the "Ancient" heritage is a genetic one. And it really helps the build by granting a dedication at level 1. Gotta be nimble to dodge, climb, duck, jump and so on. A bodyguard needs to stay alert. Use those dashes and dodges to escape unharmed. Link has a lot of allies.Magus improves your CL to give you extra touch attacks, and Monk is neccessary to get those extra attacks on your full attack (otherwise, you're just taking a -2 on all your attacks just to get a single extra attack, which isn't really worth dropping magus levels for). I'm fairly certain there's a way to get actual TWF on a magus, so assuming ...The Magus multiclass dedication gets you the ability to use Spellstrike effectively once per battle, since you need to take an entire minute to recharge. You also can pick up the initial conflux spells, magus feats, and bounded spellcasting. The Summoner multiclass dedication just gets you an eidolon. It's a stat boost behind regular Summoners ... With the release of secrets of magic, I've been mesmerised by the Magus and am looking forward to playing it. I am however a sucker for any and all teleports, yet I don't want to build another rapier/dagger wielding character. So I want to know if there is anything stopping a laughing shadow Magus from just using a bastard sword, releasing to only use 1H when in cascading but otherwise using the

Intelligence: This is the intelligence score of the black blade. It starts at 10 and increases by 1 for every two levels of the bladebound magus (at 3rd level, 5th level, and so on). Also, the more you can attack at lower penalties the better, so things like double slice or flurry ranger are useful. Then just grab a deadly weapon or two. 1.Use Braum's shield to force air forward, knocking back (and down) an enemy. Call on the chill of the Freljord to deter enemies with icy skin and claws. In this case, freeing up dex allows a magus to have ideal stats by investing in str/con/int/wis and further boosting by taking dex and cha flaws (usually for more con).Pop Culture Pathfinder is a hobby site dedicated to showcasing pf2e builds from pop culture. This build - the frost archer - is a great example: do we go Starlit Span Magus? Eldritch Trickster Rogue? Ranger with an Eldritch Archer archetype? That last one is interesting from an Ashe perspective.

Magus Hybrid Studies Inexorable Iron This is the one that likes two-handed weapons. Two-handed weapons trade the defense of a shield for extra damage output from a bigger damage die. Compared to some of the complex builds here, Vivi was a breeze. Take a clone-like ancestry, make them a Wizard, then try to figure out Sword Magic and Trances. That last part was the only nuance. There is not that much "enchanting an ally weapon" magic available in Pathfinder, so Vivi needs to make a lot out of a little. You're trained in arcane spell attack rolls and spell DCs. Consider a Captain America build so you can Grapple. Classes like Champion give up damage to tank effectively, and you should be willing to do that too if that's your goal. Plan is to be a starlit span magus, using bows to hopefully reduce the need for move actions and make the tight Magus action economy more efficient. When you add an animal companion into the mix you will struggle to maximise your spell strike ability, whilst managing to use your animal companion.A magus tank is squishier than a champion or monk, but you can make this work. I'd pick up the Sentinel archetype at level 2 and start wearing heavy armor. Insanely fun, especially if you flavour things like Flying Kick as webbing to your foe, and then pulling yourself forward so they have a foot in their jaw. Luckily, Magus (es? Magi?) are relatively simple to build. With Inexorable Iron you definitely want to max out strength to 18 (because magus needs to hit more than other classes due to losing spell slots even on a miss) while your intelligence should be as high as you want it to be.
