If you need the floor plans for both phases, select a floorplan in the list, in the properties (all the way down), it will state what phase it's on. check it, right click on the floorplan in the list, select duplicate. Swapnil. Families do not have line styles they use line patterns and subcategories (object styles). Remove the unwanted subcategories / line patterns before loading into the project. If you've already loaded the family you can still remove them through object styles/ line patterns dialogue, however this will act project wide.

There are tons of schedule in the model and it is hard to tell which ones are needed. I'm not seeing any easy way, since there's no prompt when you delete a schedule that is on a sheet. Only thing I can think of is to expand the sheets and right click/rename any schedules that are on it with something to get it to sort to the top.
