EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe. Wood Hammer. Earthquake. Roar. Stealth Rock. Wood Hammer provides a solid STAB option, with a nice base power. Earthquake is also a good move, and has pretty good coverage and it STAB. Both moves give Torterra to to respectable damage to Pokemon that doesn't resist the combination.

With enough Speed EVs it can outrun most Pokémon that are threats and with Max Attack it reaches a respectable 348 stat.
