At this point there may be a possibility we'll return home for the Christmas holidays and we'd like to have our Internet service available, however, If we choose not to return home I'd like to be able to extend the seasonal hold to a date sometime in April.So I'm a bit confused on how the seasonal hold works. I started a seasonal hold on my account on June 28th. I called xfinity, and the rep said seasonal holds has to be for a minimum of 3 months, and apparently june 28th - august 31st is 3 months -- I don't get how this works so this is my first confusion.

The CEO needs to be fired and replaced with someone who actually knows how to run a service providing company. There is zero excuses for the deplorable way this company is managed.
