Stay at least two squares away from your teammates. Also, don't stick to a bigger tank when you're under fire. It makes it harder for them to move around, shoot stuff, and ultimately protect you. When you're under fire and can't outgun the enemies, retreat and trust your teammates to do the job. Don't be a dick.
