For me personally, if you are going for style, Authentics are the way to go. In terms of backheel comfort, Eras it is. But there's not much difference in both, just that Authentics are much sleeker yet Eras are much more comfortable! My Eras and Authentics fit me the exact same way and provide the same overall comfort.
